The collection at The Living Art Museum began as a gift-based collection and continues to be through the generous, annual donations made by artists, members, collectors and supporters.
The museum strives to collect works by artists who have exhibited each year, along with donations made by other contributors in the form of artworks and performances, along with archival material and documents
corresponding to the forty-year history of the Living Art Museum.
These donations are reviewed annually by the board with the museum´s mission in mind, including contributions from young, emerging and established artists, both local and international, with special attention towards equality. New additions to the collection are cataloged at the end of each year.
