The Living Collection exhibition space was founded in 2014 to provide an active window into the works housed within The Living Art Museum’s collection and functions as a place that emphasises the relevance and living role collecting plays within the museum and archives.

Exhibitions in the Living Collection Space pull works from the collection as a way to reflect on the history of the museum and develop new considerations. This space also offers the opportunity to build new collaborations with artists, curators, academics and those interested in creating new dialogues and vantage points for viewing the collection.
